Automatic transmissions.
This is the right answer.
You can fix almost anything else with tools and you don’t even need a lift.

I don't have patience to wrench on my vehicles. They go to the shop if something is wrong. Only engine I'll mess with is the big block in my boat

I changed out a heater core once and it was an entire day’s effort. Not going to lie when I say that I thought about just having it hauled to a mechanic right before I got it halfway completed.

I don't know the exact name of the part, but there was an actuator for the automatic climate control on my 04 yukon that went out. The part itself was like $25. However, changing it out required removal of like the entire dashboard. Horrible design. Not really hard, just a giant PITA I guess

Stripped threads on engine block, rear main seal, cracked cylinder head, worn piston rings, cracked header, and front crankshaft seal are real pain in the arse to fix.
Electrical issues are even harder to diagnose and can be impossible to figure out if you don't know how to read an electrical schematic and use a multimeter.

Blinker fluid reservoir
This is the correct answer. The reservoir along with the feeder hoses. It’s as if the manufacturers built the engine and its components then put the windshield washer system in there and then buried it underneath unteenth car panels.
Oops. Missed the joke of blinker fluid.

I had a car that the battery was in the worst place imagineable. It was in an area in front of the tire and the only access was to pull the driver's front tire off.
Whoever designed that crap ... needs to go behind the woodshed for a good old fashioned arse kicking.
Think it was on a Chrysler Sebring but not 100% sure.
