We have always had liberals. Liberals and leftist anarchist are very different. Unfortunately, leftist anarchy is now acceptable by a large percentage of the population.

Just last night the libs were on TV telling America to allow anyone and everyone into the country. To provide them with anything they need including free( ) healthcare. They told America that we are racist and must atone in the form of reparations and extreme tax increases. They told America that we as citizens should absorb the debt of thousands of adults with worthless degrees.

I could go on. Never in America’s history has the Democratic Party been so open and forthright about their desire to tear down our western values to be replaced by their warped interpretation of communism/socialism.

But, yeah. Totally unjustified concerns by people wanting to preserve those values.

Dumbass.

Meh. Every generation says this as they grow older and see shifts in society.

Economical.

Same ups and downs we've always had.

Socially.

We'll always be progressive on social issues. It's a slower grind on some issues, but each generation is almost always more accepting that its predecessor.

Iraq War is going to have lasting negative impacts on our military.

Race relations

This is a powder keg, and has been since our founding. It's actually kind of amazing we haven't had a large scale race war here.

Well, we will have five more years of Trump. After that, if the Democrats are still as batshit crazy as they are now and are given power, then all bets are off. Unfortunately, I believe that sooner or later we will have to undergo the socialist experiment before we totally crash and burn, and the people realize what bullshite it is, and re-take the Republic. How long that will take remains to be seen. 10 years...50...100...who knows?

Come on man, anytime you have a group of people that see nothing wrong with telling a little boy that he can be girl or vice versa you got big problems on the horizon. A great deal of liberals are mentally ill and there is no arguing this fact.

There is really no way to predict. Obviously, the American Left has moved so far to the left that we face a slide to the left, in my opinion.

I think in 2019, the country is Center-Right. I think in 10 years it’ll be Center-Left.

I tend to believe that the Latino vote for democrats is not as sure as they believe, but will be enough to turn Texas and Florida blue.

However, I still think the GOP will regain and hold Congress.

Socially we will continue a move to the Left.

The military will slide, I think. Too over-worked for too long.

There are so many unknowns, like major natural disasters, terrorist events, recessions, etc.

this thing is going to crash so hard, and so many people will be shocked.

then we'll "abandon the free market to save it" -GWB all over again and make it worse.

we are in a position to p much put the rest of the world in an economic chokehold if need be. between our huge swaths of arable land, the MS river system, shale deposits & access to both the atlantic and pacific. not to mention we seem to be the only developed country thats still makin babies

idk people just need to calm down. things arent as bad as they seem on the internet. none of my black friends are calling for a race war. idk very many transsexuals but the few i do know are pretty chill they just want to be called by their chosen name. no one has seriously requested to be referred to as XIM or XER.

absolutely running circles around the rest of the world combined. obviously the future will bring new threats/types of warfare but we will always spend the money if it means frickin some people up

Race relations

always getting better. i feel like you only hear racial ignorance in v isolated, homogenous population groups. also on the poli board but all those guys are gonna have a stroke sooner rather than later so things will only get better.

1. Only idiots are going to be shocked. But if you can time it, more power to you.
2. What do you think happens to the rest of the world when that happens?

3.It will then recover, like it always does

The country has pretty much been center-left for at least a few decades now. That doesn't translate to our representative government because the right side is much better at getting out the vote.

If Trump wins the next election, the 20s will be comparable to the 1980s.

If Trump loses, the 20s will be comparable to either the 1930s or 1970s.

did it recover last time or did we print our way out?

a decade of 0% interest rates and trillions on global war plus a massive welfare state has never been done before.

Remember when Obama was going to ruin the country economically?

I say that not in support of his policies, but to highlight the resiliency of the American economy. Historically, this baby chugs along with or without proper leadership in DC.

Do you know something the rest of the market doesn't?

Very smart people are still graciously taking US 30 bonds at sub 2.6%. They're not quite a skeptical as you.
