India...larger pop, more diverse, large immigrant pop. And a greater economic stratification due to the Caste system.

So you want to be India?

Their middle class is 3% of their population.
Almost 25% of their population makes less than $1 a day
Over 40% of their population lives under the Internet poverty line

As for their healthcare system....

There are 1.4 million doctors in India.[10] Yet, India has failed to reach its Millennium Development Goals related to health.[24] The definition of 'access is the ability to receive services of a certain quality at a specific cost and convenience.[19] The healthcare system of India is lacking in three factors related to access to healthcare: provision, utilization, and attainment

The healthcare system of India is lacking in three factors related to access to healthcare: provision, utilization, and attainment.[24] Provision, or the supply of healthcare facilities, can lead to utilization, and finally attainment of good health. However, there currently exists a huge gap between these factors, leading to a collapsed system with insufficient access to healthcare.

Non-availability of diagnostic tools and increasing reluctance of qualified and experienced healthcare professionals to practice in rural, under-equipped and financially less lucrative rural areas are becoming big challenges.

Do you know how 30 year rates are set? It's an auction. If people thought the US was ripe for inflation and chaos over the next 30 years, they wouldn't touch the debt for 2.6%.

What? I am arguing exactly the opposite. The global economy, particularly in developed countries, is slowing. We'll see if this is structural, but some are referring to it as Japanization.

I understand, which is why my post was in response to a guy who thought the US debt was going to crash and burn along with rapid inflation.

Economical.

Machines will slowly take over. People will get an allowance and be subject to authoritarian rule.

Socially.

Idiocracy has already started. People are purposely being dumbed down to accept authoritarian rule. Life in the future will be clinical and people will be afraid to voice opinions.

Military.

Guarded by satellites and computers that autonomously take on threats.

Race relations.

Strict cultural conditioning will take over and people will be afraid to even discuss race. I see a social credit score similar to what China has proposed. Everyone will forever be walking on eggshells in a perpetual state of uneasiness.
