Life is pretty ok over here. Biggest stress is getting my son through the next 12 months post-surgery and hoping he doesn't need any additional surgeries. But he is handling it like a champ, and it's nothing life threatening. Other than that, my second biggest stress is finances. Medical bills crept up into the 5-figure range this year, on top of daycare costs and student loans, and other expenses we took on before our first kid was even a thought, etc. We're getting by, but it's hard not to notice that it's all a delicate house of cards that could be leveled in a second if either of us lost our jobs.

As long as you are humble enough to put her needs before your own, and she is willing to do the same you for, you are ready and have the right one. If she doesn't love you enough to do that, it won't magically develop. You either do or you don't
