Historically seemed to be Golden Meadow and Washington but havent seen much fuzz on my recent drives through those areas.

Hwy 90 by Jeanerette always has somebody pulled over.

Watched the Washington PD single out the one out of state license plate in a line of speeding vehicles.

Changing I-49 from 70 to 75 right before Washington really fricked them in the arse and I love it. They’re hardly out there anymore.

Krotz Springs is up there. Putting up that bridge and coming down it at 45 is really tough and they know it.

The auditors office has done a report on fines and forfeitures per capita. Though pretty old now (2007) it is still interesting. Click the Adobe attachment in the link to see every city.

Livonia used to change to 45 much earlier and they’d shoot fish in a barrel and write a ton of tickets. The state extended the 55 mph zone before it changes to 45 inside of Livonia and that killed their speed trap too. I don’t see them out there nearly as much anymore.

Doesn’t really matter anyways since I’ve got the hookup in Livonia.

Greenleaves Boulevard in Mandeville, St. Tammany Parish's most profitable street. Do not go over 25 mph....not even 26, they WILL pull you over.

I think it really had more to do with the Feds putting up the solar powered flashing signs that tell you your speed through that stretch... basically telling everyone "You are in Washington, don't go 1mph over, or they will say you are going 7mph over and give you a ticket"

Pearl River is another one. I drive through the place every day. The cops especially like giving tickets during school days.
