2002 Chrysler Sebring. It had a known problem of the water pump breaking around 80k. The bigger problem was that some stupid engineer designed the V6 with the water pump located INSIDE the crank case. So, when the water pump failed, antifreeze mixed with motor oil. Worse still, you had to completely tear apart the engine to replace it. Take it entirely apart. $100 per, $1100 in labor. Worse still, the pump failed again a years later. Part was under warranty but that didn’t include labor. I fixed it then traded hat bitch in a week later. frick Chrysler. I’ll never buy another Chrysler product.

2002 Dodge Durango... POS personified from leaking everything to power steering rebuilt, transmission slipping going down the interstate for no reason whatsoever, to rebuilding front end twice, to replacing every single power window mechanism on the truck because according to Dodge they aren’t meant to be in the sun. It was built to live out its existence in the repair shop and suck on my wallet.

Had it for about 5 years. Put about 20k miles on it. Put about 3k into to keep it running.

My 1989 Silverado left me on the side of the I10 five times. Usually around the LaPlace exit.

1976 Vega. Ranks right up there with the Corvair as one of the worst. Barely got a 100k out of that one. Sold it for $50 and a tow.

1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee was about the same. Got rid of during cash for clunkers.

3 way tie between my wife and I

1. Her 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee
2. Her 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee
3. My 1998 Dodge Durango

I will never under any circumstances own another Chrysler product again. They are complete fricking trash.

Some awesome cars in this thread. I will always appreciate the styling of 80s and early 90s cars.

Inherited my dad's 06, took it to the shop today and have already spent about $6k on it

Didn't help that for about two years before he died (it was sort of sudden) he just let it sit while he drove another vehicle and vacationed a bit. It was fine before that I think that's what led to a lot of the problems
