Do whatever works for you. You don't need approval from these idiots on board. You are an adult, you do what you think is the right thing to do.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is a PRIME example of why you should never talk about your personal life on here.

Dude, why divorce her if you're gonna stay living with her anyway? Mind boggling. Just be separated.

I know a dude that allows his wife's ex-husband to live with them. Beta as frick.

I know of a situation where ex-husband doesn't live with them, but, hangs around their house all the time and even has a key. I suspect they do the trois. Weird folks but whatever, they do they.

How does insurance and the legalities work? Why not just go to the courthouse and have some pre-nup/ post-nups made? If you are older and living together I would think it would be beneficial to both parties to be officially married legally?

It's extremely unusual to live with your ex spouse

I know two different couples who did it. lol. Both from Arkansas btw.

It seems incredibly stupid to me, but if they want to eat their cabbage twice have at it.

Not the most orthodox way to go for a 3 way but the potential is there.

Are yall basically back to married only without the marriage?

Or are you housemates who hang out and hook up but live somewhat independently

I'm curious why he refuses to answer this.

Because if they haven't had the discussion and agreed they're "back together" this situation will get really entertaining when one of them catches feelings for, or starts banging, someone else.

OP is being played like a fricking fiddle. I feel like I lost some of my manhood just reading this.

Well that’s a different situation, even after the divorce they were still brother and sister.
