2019 or better. For maintenance, price, work vehicle.

Toyota, Nissan, Honda etc.

What would you choose?

Without research? Toyota. They seem to last as long as you maintain them, and they hold their value well. A good Camry seems to serve many people well. Honda Civics also do very well, but they’re a bit too small for me.

Best is used. I had good luck with a Honda. Toyota is expensive of the 3 but chump change for OT baws.

Corolla has better styling, today, but I have always preferred Honda.

Fiat or Mini Cooper if you’re looking for reliability. Trust me I sell cars. ;)

Corolla. They say the Hyundai’s have pretty much caught up as far as reliability goes. Worth a look.

Best car I ever owned. Easy on gas, virtually maintenance free, decent performance.

Girl I knew in high school drove a Festiva. Felt like it was on the verge of shredding into a million pieces once she got it over around 35MPH.
