What is replacing Logans and Burger King in front of the Mall of La.?

Passed it today and saw they are building something where Logans was and also saw that Burger King closed. Anyone know what will replace them?
Also, is anything ever going to replace the McCallisters on Siegen?

Hopefully, Mall of LA pulls a Cortana and St. George builds the next mall. That was messed up.

Damn, Logan's closed? I haven't passed by there in awhile. I went to the mall about two weeks before Christmas, but I didn't pass in front of the mall. We use to go there just for the bread, but haven't been there in years.
