I don’t quite understand...or maybe you don’t. EBRSO is funded with EBR Parish taxes so technically they are patrolling/responding to an area of EBR Parish. Not sure exactly what the deal is with the SGFD, but I can assure you if there were a major fire at the dang mall, FD from within the city limits would likely also respond.
