What is a traffic law that everyone ignores?

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve run into this.
When you are in a right turn lane with a yield sign, you have to yield, EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE A GREEN LIGHT.
When I’m turning left on a green light, I have to yield to oncoming traffic going straight, but not to those turning right with a yield sign. There’s one spot in ATL where this always happens to me. I’m turning left on a green and some idiot turns right in front of me, causing me to have to hit the brakes, leaving me in the path of people across me going straight.
Really pisses me off.
Besides speed limits, stopping before right on red etc., what are some laws that people ignore?

I have an old BMW I drive sometimes...it's required by the manufacturer to not use turn signals.

Not really a law but if you wanna see an absolute shitshow just get a lawnchair and watch people try to navigate a traffic circle for an hour

lane hoppers is what I call them. People that turn into the farthest lane instead of the closest.

When you turn left or right onto a 4 lane road you’re supposed to turn into the lane closest to you. So the left lane if you’re turning left or the right lane if you’re turning right.

When I'm at a red light waiting to make a left turn, I have my blinker on, but the car across from doesn't have a blinker on, so I realize he is going to be going straight and I will have to yield to him. Except the light turns green, I slowly creep up, yielding to him, but he is just sitting there, because as it turns out he is turning left too, just decided not to use a blinker. I see it everyday. Most people don't use a blinker.

I don't think I've ever encountered this scenario.

Anyone that doesn't make since for me to obey, depending on the moment and a cop isn't around. If its late and there is a red light and there is no traffic I stop, but treat it like a stop sign. If nothing is around I move along.
If I am driving through neighborhoods and there are stop signs and I can clearly see there is no reason to stop, I don't make a complete stop. shite like that.

People casually riding down the road with their turn signal on. It shows me they aren't paying attention.
