Why do you need a budget per person if you're not doing strip clubs plus you're staying in town? I think you're overthinking the situation. Sounds like a cheap bachelor party to me.

well I overthink everything. but if I have to plan something, I like it go well. And I think setting expectations for attendees, especially the poor people, is a good idea. But that is just me. I am anal retentive planner.

What is your age group? You've got a guy that's been married before but he has a bunch of friends that make 30k a year?

Send everyone a link to the restaurant menu, so they can see prices. Let them know what the ticket prices are at the concert, tell them where you plan to go after, let them all know that they are expected to chip in for the bachelor's night.

People can make their own decisions... if it's in town not everyone is going to participate in the entire night anyway. Some might want to only do dinner, some might want to meet up for drinks after the show.

You're definitely overthinking things. All you need to have set is dinner reservations and concert tickets.

Pick a pizza joint, pick a cheap concert, pick cheap bars. Ask everyone to kick in $10 for the bachelor or have someone who doesn't have an hourly salary just put up the money for him, someone will offer. Everyone can spend what they want.

But why would you need to give an exact number for this? They're not children. I'm sure they can figure it out based on where you tell them it will be.

"We are going eat at _____. Going drink at _____. Bring your wallet for your food and drinks. Make sure you take a turn buying the groom a drink and/or pitch in for his dinner"

Done.

Better toss another $500 in for the paternity testing just to be safe.

28-60. its a big range. I don't know why they are poor probably b.c they have no internal drive, I wish they werent b.c getting a group activity can be a pain.

This was my plan but I have to look at said menu, concert and then factor in other costs.

What other costs? The cheap Uber ride from the restaurant to the concert? Just pay for whatever car you get into and make everyone who can't fit get their own. This shouldn't be that difficult.

he wanted a concert, and bar hopping. This is what we are planning.

At least $150-200 per person man. That's because you will be buying females shots and drinks as well while youre partying.

This is one of the saddest things I've ever seen on here. I feel sorry for everyone involved. It sounds like everyone's already pretty trashy so it won't do any more harm to start a gofundme.

Thats a big age range. Seriously, do a afternoon bbq and collect $30 from everyone. Everyone eat and party hard for 3 hours, shower up and go out. Collect another $10 person from everyone to pay for the bachelors night. Everyone else pays for everyone on their own according to their budget.

Edit: This way someone could do the entire event for $60 if they choose ($40 contribution + $15 concert, + 1 drink) or blow it out and spend more.

yeah, it makes it a bit harder to find things to do, especially as we have people spread out at all ages. On the upper end its mostly his family. He is the youngest of 4 brothers.

and of course, two brothers don't drink. But I say frick em.

I will mention the BBQ idea. one brother actually has a line of bbq sauces that he makes and sells.
