what is a reasonable bachelor party budget (per person)?

I have been roped into help organize a bachelor party, and my suggestion is that we iron out an expected budget per person before picking activities.
Relevant details
* its in town
* The bachelor has been married before
* We aren't doing strip clubs
* 10-15 guys
* at least 5 of the guys make less than $30k/year
* i was asked today to help, and the wedding is in 35 days or so.
I was thinking around $75-100 per person. that should get a decent dinner ($25), a cheap concert ($15) and 4-5 ($30) beers each, plus $5/each to cover the groom.
Thoughts?

That doesn't sound like a bachelor party at all...

he wanted a concert, and bar hopping. This is what we are planning.

What does a kilo of coke and 5 hookers/strippers cost usually?

I think you're going to come up short.
