I don’t know about all that. Now, come at it from the other end, the highly regarded pimp, now that could have some legs.

Become a “Safety Man”. You could start with little training and become a certified safety professional in short time

No you can't. You can't even go take the certification without being submitted to the council by another CSP. You most definitely can go try and be a "safety man" though.

I like the bartender or OTR trucker recommendations.

Need serious money? If retiring, know a guy that retired, got bored, decided he need something to do. He has worked part time behind the fish counter at a local store, part time in wine section of same store and part time as a waiter at a local Mexican restaurant. He's still married though. Said if he wasn't he could easily slay the other help.

Otherwise teaching certificate, truck driver, real estate agent, coach.

I'm a handyman. I have more work than I can do. it's finding help that's been my problem. I have no Kids and wanted my nephew to learn with me. When I retire he could have my phone and business. He chose not to. He could work anywhere and make decent money. Last year I cleared over a 100k.

Sorority dad.

They pay you to live in the house so they can get insurance. You might be asked to do some handy type jobs but it isn't a requirement. They are hiring professional chefs now so you get some pretty good grub too.
