What if the Nazis developed an atomic bomb first?

After watching The Bomb on PBS, I speculated this very possible scenario. Hitler surely would have destroyed New York, Washington, and Moscow. How different would today's world be? It was German scientists that discovered fission. What if?

No doubt about Moscow, Leningrad and other Soviet targets.
It’s a little more complicated when it came to the west. Goering and others wouldn’t have been big fans of turning historical cities into dust. They occupied Paris with kid gloves compared to Soviet cities… while still looting plenty of art of course.
If he’d managed to use any on the western allies we’d have turned Germany into glass by other means, as happened in Dresden. And put our own program on an even more expedited schedule. Screw all the testing.

If they successfully built a nuclear bomb, I'm gonna go ahead and say they could have probably built a one off plane to fly it, and figure out a way to launch from one of the South American countries.
Also, NASA would have looked the exact same for 30 years after WW2.
