I learned that I underestimated people (in general). More people than not are not completely selfish and many are even willing to put themselves at risk to help others.

On the other hand, I have learned that there are people who doesn't give a single frick about anything if it does not have a direct impact on their life.

And I have also learned that there are more conspiracy theorist out there than I assumed. I think its something people go to in order to make sense of things that are going on.. No matter how insane of an idea it is.

Learned that we as a population need to learn to not rely so heavily on others (stores, gyms, etc.). Need to learn to be a little more self sufficient.

Need to buy more casual t shirts. I'm washing clothes every 5 days now instead of my usual 8 since I'm not dressing for work.

Selfish about what? Making a wage?

gyms,

Yeah, there was someone on here the other day who was trying to argue that people NEED gyms in order to be able to work out.

There's enough to worry about to have to go through life worrying about stuff that doesn't impact you.

Things that were reaffirmed:
Some people are selfish
Some people are mentally soft

Things I learned:
There are more generous people than I thought
Toilet paper hoarders are retards

These sound like takeaways from reading the OT.

again. not really a surprise here. probably a lot of conspiracies during any major event our country has gone thru. 9/11? Natural disasters? Any war ever?

this seems more like a Dear Facebook post. than anything worthy of a thread on TD. thanks for your well thought out points tho Chris.

Professional athletes are paid insanely too much for not being "essential"

That the majority of people in this country are unintelligent and are utterly incapable of thinking for themselves.

The amount of people who need to be told what to do, rather than applying common sense, is staggering.
