Either never shot your shot or she rejected you?
Rejected. We were friends for a good while, I wanted to be something more and tried to approach the subject boldly but politely. She had a huge meltdown and never spoke to me again. I was sad for a while but in hindsight we didn’t have a whole lot in common, she was just very pretty. No idea what she’s up to now, no social media.

I had one whose mother and family forbid us from getting married because they were too high on the hog for my family.
She ended up in prison, never married and has some minimal job.
100% guaranteed I make more money now than anyone in her family ever did.

Donna was a long, lean, dark haired beauty from down the bayou. We went to college together.
Turns out she was using me to get to another.
:(

Lived down the road from a very pretty blonde girl with blue eyes. She went to a private K-8 while I went to public. We went to the same church though so I saw her every Sunday and also Wednesday during catechism. Ended up at the same high school and it felt like we always had a connection, just never did anything about it. Our parents knew each other well but they were financially well off and we teetered around the poverty line.
Was going to ask her to senior prom but I was asked by another girl I was good friends with so I went with her. Ended up joining the Army after high school and every time I came home on leave, I would run into her and we would talk for hours.
Got out after my 4 years and ran into her for New Years but she was engaged to a much younger guy. Saw her again out in Lafayette and the first thing out her mouth was "I'm not engaged anymore". Ended up hooking up that night and started a relationship. Went visit with her parents and they remembered me. Her and I hung out a lot and had strong feelings for each other but her parents and her siblings pushed us away.
She's now married to another younger guy(like 5 years younger). They had 4 kids, one passed away a few years ago. I see her on Facebook but I won't dare try to add her as a friend. If she were single, probably, but I'm not here to ruin any marriage.
And yes, she still looks very good for 45.

What ever happened to the pretty Bawdette you missed?
Her dream came true. She was a folk singer.

60 years later, I still feel like I hit a home run on first meeting.

College great white buffalo (she essentially rejected me) circled back a few years later. We had a fling for a while but I could never get the past out of my head. We also wanted different things at the time. She seems to be happily married now.
HS great white buffalo (never shot my shot) owns her own business and to my knowledge she has never married no kids. She reached out to me recently and we chatted for a while. She lives 4 hours away and we’re both pretty entrenched in our current cities so I’m not sure anything will ever come of that.

Got fat and looks like she’s in a loveless marriage
I crushed on her so hard. Gave up going to LSU games and hunting weekends to hang out with her. Who knows.

If it's solely a missed opportunity, she's in the family roofing business and was a grandma in her 30s. Looks like one now too. The prettiest that actually spent time with me that I fumbled has a great life with a cool husband and nice kids in Ohio.

Well, we were friends first and there was mutual attraction. When she was available, I had a GF. When I was available, she had a BF. Eventually the cancer got her and that’s all there is.

Funny but I thought about her recently after not thinking about her for years. We were together briefly but then could never stay on the same page. She wanted to be single while studying abroad and I had no intention of waiting for her. I got with the one who would become my wife during that time. I have no regrets, but occasional strong memories. My wife and kids are exceptional. Any change in my past that would deprive me of them would not be worth it. She’s married with kids now too.

2 gals: one became super fat and married mom of 3
Other is still single and I’m suspecting is a lesbian
Using the term Baw - loser, Bawdette - bigger loser.
F'ing embarrassing.

She was a junior in HS and I was leaving for the Navy. She asked me to marry her. She was the first person I ever considered but I felt she should finish high school first (I was raised to be responsible and I respected her father). We reconnected years later when I was supervisor of security at a hospital and she was a patient. We went to dinner once after that but eventually she stopped communicating. Have to ask her what happened, my feelings for her never changed.

She might have been just looking on being the beneficiary of your life insurance policy Being a widow of an enlisted man is not a bad second income

Beautiful, brilliant and goofy funny with a dancer’s body. Some very near connections but always something in the way.
She went off to some small mediocre liberal arts school and turned out crazy lib chick, married the guy that crazy lib chicks marry.
