I asked what became of the story. I didn't imply anything. I just thought it odd how it played out and then *poof* , we never heard anything more about it.
I assumed, from the early reports, she was whacked out on drugs and because of that, she wasn't feeling the pain of the crash. Turns out, that wasn't the case. She wasn't under the influence of drugs.
YOU, on the other hand are making absurd, baseless claims and posing them in question form. You're not ASKING anything. You're begging the question.

She may have had mental issues and before you say duh, I'm just saying she may have tried to commit suicide. I can't comment about her sitting up. I felt bad for her. That's a bad way to die.

Hospitals and ambulances give fentanyl pretty liberally. I broke some ribs in an auto wreck and was given IV fentanyl on the ambulance on the way to the hospital. Ambulances often only carry one opioid, and it's fentanyl more than not.
It's given because it's fast acting, and it's duration of action isn't long. It's a very effective drug when used therapeutically.
Fentanyl really isn't that scary. Wait until they start lacing shite with carfentanil. It's 100x more potent than fentanyl. It's already been found after it was passed as heroin in Ohio. Probably a good time to STOP doing drugs.
