I have an 18 year old niece fighting bone cancer. It definitely seems to be a crapshoot and doesn’t discriminate by age

Surprisingly, studies are showing sunlight is a strong deterrent from many diseases and illnesses. Those exposed to sing light frequently have a 10-30% longer lifespan. The risks to melanoma and skin cancer are far out weighted by the benefits (the exception being fare skinned people with freckles). This seems to be supported by the fact we are not outdoors nearly as much with the video game and cell phone generations, and the otherwise unexplained rise in cancers among younger adults.

My wife was diagnosed with cancer a year ago. Very rare type, just popped up randomly and grew out of the wall of a blood vessel. Now it’s stage 4 and incurable.

Death doesn't cause cancer.

Genetics, processed food, stress and the environment.
FWIW - AI is going to all but eliminate cancer in the next 5-10 years.

Brother was just diagnosed with Leukemia
Is it chronic lymphocytic leukemia? I was told this is essentially just an old person’s disease but I still believe it must be triggered by something. It is a disease included in the Roundup class action lawsuit due to glyphosate, a chemical mentioned by another poster.

Cancer is just a cell that no longer "breathes" oxygen, it ferments sugar for energy.
Sugar causes cancer. Other things do too, but take that away and you'll starve out most cancer cells.

I wonder how much too much glucose/carb intake has to do w/ it.
eta; dude just above me hit on it as well.
Had a very close friend die from pancreatic cancer a few years ago. She was in the medical field and her husband is a doctor. They had her drinking boost constantly. Was wild to me, because she even said she knew cancer thrives on glucose.

Cancer often doesn’t have a clear intrinsic or extrinsic cause.
