How something so small can create that much poop and piss in a day boggles the mind!

Fun teething rings
Touch and feel books
Play mat that has different touch feels - crinkles, soft, bar hanging things that make noise

$200 bucks and it’s the gift that keeps on giving.

My son was 5 months old his first Christmas and that’s what I got him. He’s 18 now and appreciates it greatly. My thought was, anything else you get them, they’ll never remember it anyway.

Just looking for tips on what Santa should bring a 4 month old if anything, since they probably won’t remember anyway?

1st kid. Still new to the parenting thing

A stuffed animal with a card attached. Inside the card, a weekend getaway for mom and dad. Make it nice. Get a King suite, dinner reservations, and allot plenty of time for "sleeping."

Easy, you get them nothing and relish the fact they haven't been indoctrinated into consumer culture yet.

My 14 month old is basically getting nothing. My 7 and 4 year old get one each of something they want, need, and can read.

I may wake up one day and realize I was an a-hole parent, but I'm trying to raise respectable people here. This is my take on how to do it.

shite, I just looked and apparently this year it went up to $500 for everyone. Including kids. It used to be $200 for kids 4 and under IIRC.

That's awesome. I can't imagine my 1 year old already excited and anticipated about presents at Christmas. Mine is just starting to eat solids and rug ratting.

We got our youngest a power wheels last year. He was 2 1/2, he loved sitting in it and at 3 he’d bring the battery to us. Can’t wait to see his excitement this year. Was awesome watching him walk out last year seeing it, but this will be the good one where he rips everything open. The memories are awesome! My oldest is done in like 5 mins then bored

4 month old or not, pretty silly to say no thing and have no gifts under your tree for your child's 1st Christmas

Tylenol and Orajel. Teeth will be coming soon.

Seriously no need for numerous or expensive gifts.
