Cremation and placement in a columbarium is a good option. Less expensive than burial, and there is a physical marker and place for loved ones to visit if they want. We have some family in one.
Findagrave is a great app/site for researching your family tree. (PC version shows more info than phone app.) They log cemeteries and often link to the deceased”s relatives. I found relatives that I didn’t know anything about. If ashes are scattered, with no physical marker, the deceased is out of that system and can be somewhat lost to history.

I want to be stuffed with my valuables and my funeral guests beat the shite out of me like a piñata, then fight each other for said valuables

I've told my wife to have me taxidermied and put me on the couch. They can make my hand set as a cup holder and put the remote control in my shirt pocket.

Incorporate me into some sort of industrial diamond, please.

I’m thinking of giving my body to Georgetown University Medical Center and being a medical cadaver. All depends on what I die of as to whether I will qualify. If I qualify, I want to be called Abra Cadaver.
I have signed the paperwork to donate my body to science or medical training or whatever. When that's done, I wanted my ashes spread at Tiger Stadium, but learned that thery forbid that now. So I have asked that I be cremated and my ashes dumped off the Mississippi River bridge. Sorry for the traffic snarl.

I’m old school so the grave option was the default and even have a small family land cemetery for it, although no one’s been buried there for a century. Cremation and scattering or the newest thing which is putting the ashes in many various forms.

The Body Farm in Knoxville has just the spot for you.

I’ve never been much of a “showy” person, pretty low key actually. I’d be satisfied with a relatively small Viking funeral.

Cremation? Embalming & casket at a standard public graveyard? Family plot?

I just want to be chunked in the dirt from whence I came. Don't give a shite about a casket or any other government imposed regulations on my disposal(The funeral industry is a racket).
Give me a ceremony, let my folks remember me as the husband/son/father I was, and let the worms have the rest. Would love to be buried on a piece of ground that I owned in life. Out of the way with a simple marker.

Hopefully thrown off the Mississippi river bridge at 5 pm so all the Baton Rouge traffic can watch :)

Cremated and baked into a cake to be served at the funeral party.

Cremate me.
I do not want anyone paying the kind of money it takes now days to bury me.

Put me in my old Jon boat, take me out in the swamp and pull the plug.

Stuffed and placed in my recliner. I will have a look of disdain on my face so future generations will know how disappointed I am in them.

Viking funeral push me out on a wooden boat and burn it.
If that's not legal I'm sorta into the idea of one of those pod burial things where you are wrapped in natural fiber and a tree is planted above you so that as your body breaks down the nutrients feed the tree.
