What do you think will make St. George great?

I'm an outsider to this whole ordeal but have read a lot about the initiative and think it's pretty awesome that the people of EBR fought back against their tax $$ being wasted.
In your opinion what will be the key differences that will make St.G better than the city of BR?

This is all about one thing and one thing only: public schools.
If St. George can manage to create a competent public school system, they will be massively successful and improve the parish as a whole tremendously.

I don't despise anyone.
I don't understand why people think it's ok to subsidize a city's budget off tax money from non-citizens.
