Today has officially replaced yesterday for me.
The odds are extremely high that tomorrow will replace today in about 17 hours from now.
You ladies need to put down your purses and get in the game of living.
You’re either busy living or getting ready to check out.
I got this around age 25.

Way too many variables at play to answer this

My dad told me this and I have in turn passed it along to my kids.
There is nothing you can do to speed up or slow down time so you better enjoy the season you are currently in. When you are in grade school, college, young independent, married with small kids, the parent to teenagers, empty nester, retired or old living out your last days enjoy it.

32 and close to best shape I've been in.
Fixing to have both vehicles paid for.
Both of us are done having kids. Got on HRT and aiming to do a bodybuilding show next year.
If you eat right, get enough sleep, manage hormones, no reason you cannot look and feel good later into life. Including ages after the kids are grown and you become empty nesters again

I’m betting you’ll get a variety of answers based on people’s ages.
I’m 55 and I would say it depends on the definition of “Best”.
Best physically for men is late teens and early 20s. I could do things physically back then that make me hurt just thinking about.
As I’ve aged it’s more and more alchemy to stay somewhat in shape - watching my diet, sleep, how much I drink, supplements, and the list goes on and on. Even with all that I’m not 1/2 the physical specimen I was in my 20s. For my age I’m well above average but looking at most men my age that’s pretty meaningless.
Mentally, from a temperament standpoint, I really like where I am now. From a mental acuity standpoint maybe not as much but I’m still pretty smart and where my brain isn’t as sharp as far as picking up new shite quickly (I’m studying for an additional FINRA license right now and the struggle is real) my years of experience make up for it. I know a lot because I’ve seen a lot. Somewhere along the way I’ve become the wise sage in the room.
Sex wise is a tougher call. There were definitely some aspect of the game better when I was younger (rapid recovery comes to mind) but balancing that out is knowing so much more about a woman and how they react has me leaning toward today. Plus, starting in the mid-40s or so, women stop playing games or I stopped putting up with women who do. My GF right now is successful, independent, and doesn’t play games. We both have lives that are pretty busy and may text 1-2 times a week and then talk a little on the weekends. It’s long distance so we do the long weekend thing once a month but the nice part is there’s no games and no time table.
I would also add, I now have the resources to enjoy experiences I didn’t when I was younger get which is nice as well.

I will say I found joy and struggles in every phase of life. But right now is probably the best phase to date. My kids have grown and moved on to marriage and careers. While I miss them being around, I see and talk to them almost daily. The biggest joy in my life right now is a nine-month-old grandson. I've always heard it from others, but didn't realize how much you love a grandchild. He is absolutely my whole life right now. The pride I have when looking at him is indescribable. Thank God for what you have and pray for him to guide you through the struggles. It's a journey to our ultimate destination, which will be the greatest we will ever experience.

I’m 63, and I’m going with 55. I declined quite a bit physically from 55 to 60 just due to natural aging. But I was still very virile at 55
I agree. It’s also crazy how young people today think they are so old. I always hear people in their 30s/40s act like they are ancient. Unless you are just a lazy slob you should be out there living a great life.

I’d suggest mid-30s to mid-50s…
If you married well, worked hard and stayed in decent shape.
Your family is growing and growing up. You’re coaching ball, loving outdoors recreation, volunteering at church. You’re being promoted at work and you’re super valuable to your employer. Hopefully you can afford a nice vacation every year.
