Yea this feels like a thread a 16 year old girl started, except it should’ve been on Facebook.
Tell us what’s up.

Annoying dad is not the problem...for this sport at least. Another sport, probably the case.

Three Things:
1. Life's Not Fair. Get over it.
2. Life is what you make of it.
3. What you want and what you get are rarely the same thing.

i mean the responses change
if he was diagnosed with a heart condition and can't play sports anymore that's one thing
if he didn't make a team b/c of politics, that's another

this is another thread altogether, but has a legitimately good player ever not made a team because of "politics"?
i mean i grew up in the heart of upper middle class suburbia where "politics" ran rampant in every sport with annoying parents. every single kid that ever bitched about "politics" was not worth a shite.

shite luck does not equal a life threatening condition or lack of talent...thank God.
Just random bad luck...

Unless he just revealed that he has a micro penis or a venereal disease from another 14 year old boy, just tell him to learn from the set back. Life is filled with disappointments, how you deal with them defines you as a person.

Tel him, if he is healthy, wealthy and white...I mean wise, then life is good.

Exactly it always the kids who suck but their parents think they are good like Gaston

shite happens, but you are in control of how you deal with it and how you let it effect you.

I don’t have a child, but learning how to pick yourself up and keep moving is one of the more valuable lessons one can learn.
