In my 4 decades of spending time on campus it was always Tiger Town to me

Also while at times we called it North Gates and Chimes

2008-2013 it was North Gate until you reached the Weiner Schnitzel then it became a 3rd world country and a 180 degree turn would be wise

North Gates. Once you get to the dead presidents streets, you are officially in The Bottom.

It’s the North Gates, but used to be called Tiger Town a long time ago.

First couple blocks are North Gate, then you get into Old South Baton Rouge.

North Gate was always Nicholson area, home to North Gate Liquor

Gates at Chimes was always Tiger Town, home to Murphy’s, the movie theater, OG Louie’s, etc
