Marlboro miles

Yeah, younger generations will never know the joy of the Marlboro gear magazine coming in the mail and your dad handing you a shoebox full of miles.

When I moved away, I took a set of those blue speckled dishes and a few of the plaid blankets.

One of the blankets then turned into my favorite dog’s blanket for 15 years, so it’s become an odd sentimental thing.

Navel lint

Costs me nothing to harvest

Collecting is part of the process, it takes a lot of navel lint to make a sweater.

Watches, wine, whiskey, any sort of gear (ski, camera, climbing, whatever). I’m an obsessive hobbyist.

It wasn't until very recently that I learned that there are bourbon collectors. I always just drank it and moved on.

Barrelguru website confused me for a second until further research indicated that there are quite a few "bourbon nerds".

No me but my wife has more water bottles then a god dam soccer team
I have a cabinet with about 40 of them and ams 4 of them get used.
Good news 50% were gifts or swag so its not as bad as it would be dropping $40 for each one.
