I'd just go knock on his door, give him my cell number, and ask him to have the courtesy to call me before he calls the cops if it involves my kid.
If it happened more than once, I'm going full frontal assault calling the cops Everytime him and the old lady get rowdy.

Did he know it was your daughter and her age, demeanor etc... if you don't even interact? Would you really prefer drunk loudmouth douche confront your kid in a vacant house himself? Seems like that could have gone badly for all parties. Actually sounds like he did the sensible thing and you are the emotional/unreasonable one here.

Just leave it alone. Nothing good will come out of confronting them. You’ve just said you might unload on him. Why would you do anything that would make you the aggressor? They called the cops and told them your kid was trespassing. If you go over there and retaliate in any way, the cops will not take your side.
