What cultures have no respect for personal space?

I'm surrounded by Russians and the concept of personal space does not exist. My gym is mostly Russians and they'll pick the cardio machine or locker right next to you when there are at least 20 others open. I was hanging by the pool this evening and there must have been 50 open chairs and this Russian family sits right next to me and changes their frickin' baby's diaper on the chair next to me. Not even a goddamn courtesy chair buffer.
It seems like many European cultures are like this, what are some of the ones who you've had these types of experiences with?

I think the "buffer zone" rule was invented in the US. If you're close enough to smell them then they're too close.

Indians (dot). They have no concept of hygiene. My office constantly smells like BO and curry. Smart people, however, plain nasty hygiene.

The non-personal space cultures come to mind.
Most of Asia, most of Africa and some of Europe.
It can kind of be a function of lack of resources, crowded public transportation means personal space is abridged.
You have three choices, stay there and deal with it, stop complaining or go somewhere else that doesn't have that problem.

We Russians are confident. We make you nervous? You scared we take your woman?
You Americans are so soft, like steamed turnip.

Asians always encroach on your personal space while waiting in line. They're highly aggressive in the sales area of clothing department stores. They never hang garments back where they find them and shite is always scattered everywhere. Again, this occurs within the "sales" areas.

Personal space is a pretty American concept. People in Euro airports and subways have no concept of space or lines.

That's why they have shite like Ebola and Black Plague

I'd imagine it must be hard to not get boners in public when you're in some of these countries with high population density and some hot dude is bumping up against you on the metro
