I get calf cramps in the middle of the night sometimes. It is the worst pain in the world.

I can always tell when I'm going to get them too, like before I go to bed I warn my wife that I will probably wake her up with my screaming.

I get the arch cramp when swimming some times. Have been paralyzed in the middle of the pool hanging onto the lane line. It's miserable

If I’m barefoot I can work out a foot cramp quickly with my hands, but if you have stiffer dress shoes on at work, they’re deadly. Can’t do a thing about it.

I've never had a painful cramp in my foot. The second I feel it coming I put an end to it.

So calf would be worse.

Hamstring cramps are death, though.

Did you still get yelled at for hanging onto the lane lines?

I don't know that I get calf cramps. Mine are always foot or hamstring. Hamstring is worse of those two.

The jaw cramp from a yawn is pretty bad, but it lingers longer than the others.

Pray you never do.

They'll drop a motherfricker.

Obviously everyone has different muscle mass and physique, so this answer completely depends on that.

I have nocturnal foot cramps. They suck. I will get them nightly even if I'm hydrated if I veer from routine. The way to avoid them is to drink a Canadian Dry tonic water with Quinine a few times a week. I also have Hylands Leg Cramps PM on hand. I take two potassium and one magnesium nightly, too. My mother recommended the tonic water....mom knows best.

ETA: The tonic water will also get rid of eye twitches if you ever get them. It's a muscle relaxant.

Quad. No way to stretch it out.

About is pretty bad for same reason.

But double quad put me down hard.
