The tonic water will also get rid of eye twitches if you ever get them. It's a muscle relaxant.

It will also help you pass the eye test if pulled over while drunk

For me, calf. They always seem to be more violent and harder to work out.

This is my vote. When I get one I feel like a lizard that makes the thing pop out of their throat except it fricking hurts

This has happened to me 4 or 5 times in my life. It feels like what a painful death would be like.

Have you ever had your throat cramp (directly to the right of the Adam's apple)? It feels like you're being strangled to death.

It's actually quite scary. I was in sheer panic when and after it happened.

They both suck, but the worst cramp I get is in my hip randomly.

It happened to me when I went skydiving right as we opened the chute. I couldn't adjust the harness cause my hip was locked up and the harness was digging into my taint for a full minute.

Haven't gone skydiving again.

Prior to a few weeks ago I would have said calf but since then I’ve had two cramps around my left ankle that turned my foot sideways and hurt like an SOB.

After a game in high school my calf cramp as I was rolling into a red light. My leg stiffened and I accidently shut my self thru a red light on busy intersection of the loop in Houston

Lucky as hell I didn’t slam into a car

Arch is probably worse. At least with a calf cramp, you can extend your foot to help ease it a bit, can't really do much like that with an arch cramp.

Never had an arch cramp, but frequently get hamstring cramps at night. The last one I had was visually terrifying. I was worried that something was going to tear.
