I was born in Canada to American parents and have dual citizenship. I am also eligible for German citizenship but haven't hunted down all the documents I need or finished the paperwork to claim it. I wouldn't mind having Italian, Greek or Croatian citizenship just because I really enjoy that part of the Mediterranean.

I’d probably fit in really well in Oz (Australia).

Fun fact for those listing Monaco. You’d still have to pay income taxes if you’re a US citizen. The US is the only country that does this as far as I know.

Big countries?

Switzerland…and only them.

Costa Rica was a maybe, but the Ticos are now run by the Cartels.

Perhaps Uruguay or Japan?

Sweden, Norway, Australia, and New Zealand have all gone to shite, so they would now be a hard pass for me.

As for small countries…

Europe’s “postage stamp” countries and Caribbean Islands BELOW the hurricane belt are worth considering imho.
