What Career Would You Choose for 20 Years Down the Road

Let's say you are a 10 year old, but with what you know today with whats down the road:
AI
Automation
Etc.
What would you choose to work for in a career that wouldn't start for another 15-20 years?
This was a discussion I had with my 10 year old the other day, and I basically said with what I know today I couldn't answer.
