What Can I do to Lower Black Participation in Crime

Let me start off by saying that I am well-aware of the crime statistics regarding Blacks in the United States.

However, instead of seeking a way to belittle my fellow countrymen, I want to help them.

As many of you know, I am Black. However, I grew up in a rural town. I loved going to cities, but it was mainly for food, learning, and entertainment. I am not a product of inner city culture.

I grew up in a stable home, guided by conservative Christian values. I had parents and other adults in my life who wanted me to succeed and pushed me to be a better man.

That being said, I do have plenty of liberal ideologies, but I want to enact them discussion and reason not violence.

With all that said, I do not know where to begin as I don't really have the background as some Blacks. Even more rural Blacks have a different personality than me. I really want to help them, but I don't know how

1) Part-time Community Organizer
2) Political Rights Activist
3) Charity Donation
4) ???

Any advice would be appreciated.
