A jacked up wheel on a buggy. I've walked away from a buggy full of groceries in the middle of the store and left because I just couldn't handle it anymore.

-People on FB posting political shite every 5 mins. All I can think when seeing stuff like that is “Wow person that I haven’t spoken to since graduating High School...I was totally confident in my vote until you posted that meme; thanks again!”....in before “Dear Facebook...”

I don’t get how people live in filth. Went to a beautiful home a while back where the woman cooked for us. After she cooked, I insisted on doing some of the dishes and she said, “That’s okay. I’m a clean-up-the-next-day type” 
Chick seriously leaves the counter/stove/etc with everything on it.
When I opened the dishwasher, every dish in it had chunks of food on it.

I went to put the trash out and the ol lady had installed a hook and eye lock on the outside of the door. She locked that when she left. I struggled with the door for a moment before spotting the latch through the window. apparently she locks that when she leaves on short errands so she doesn't have to deadbolt the door. she's working on her PHD and is much smarter than me so I don't dare ask why.

Leaving lights on in unoccupied rooms, and not shutting cabinets or drawers after you take out what you need. I had a roommate in college that did both constantly.
He was also the one that implemented a system in our apartment where any trash, dishes, etc. left in the common areas would be placed on the floor outside the offenders room. One morning he woke up to find 6 cabinet doors removed from their hinges and placed at the foot of his door.
