AT&T is not only an overrated brand, it may be the worst company, business, corporation in the history of mankind.

Yeti is the best example. I’ve been given Yeti products and they are good quality, but nowhere near worth the cost. When I saw they were selling buckets for $40-$50, I about lost my mind. You can get a bucket at Home Depot for $10 and it holds things just as well.

use Torx bolts in the dumbest of places

Germans LOVE some fricking Torx head bolts and screws.

We use a German brand cutting tool (Horn) at work and the inserts are fantastic. The holders are complete shite because of the tiny Torx screws they use for clamping. T10 and T15 sizes that are constantly stripping and/or rounding.

Can't say I get this. They're probably the cleanest/simplest/most flattering looking athletic shoe for middle aged dudes.

strongly disagree

sure, comparing them to Js or HeyDudes, I'll prefer the OnClouds, but there are plenty of other cleaner looking athletic shoes for casual wear for middle aged dudes

I love my Olukai

I agree those look clean, but every time I see Olukai's in person they look much clunkier than online. Hopefully that's not the case anymore because I've often thought their stuff looked good.

I don’t mind the look of On Clouds, but I hated them when I tried in a pair at the store. They had good cushioning, but the uppers felt cheap and unstable.

I wear retro Saucony or New Balance for casual athletic shoes. The Saucony Jazz are like $50 on Zappos, and they have several color options.

Starbucks. Their coffee tastes burnt to me but I guess when women add all the soy milk and sugar it’s basically a milk shake

It's referred to as Charbucks for a reason.

its over roasted on purpose to give it the "distinct" taste.

Cover it up with sugar and whole milk and bam, you're rich.

Olukais clunkier looking than On Clouds? That’s a wild take

Breyers ice cream. Saw a video where they had several brands of ice cream sitting out at room temperature. All the other brands melted except Breyers. It looked like it was all chemicals.

I can’t decide on the Stanley Cup. I’m not one to jump on the white suburban mom trends, but I have friends who love them because they fit well in the car cup holder and swear ice water tastes better from them. I doubt the second part but the cup holder sizing plus having a handle is a draw for me. I saw a knock off at Wal Mart that I may try.

How? They're wider and with heavier soles in every example I've seen. A wide toe box has been a major selling point for Olukai since they began making shoes.

Starbucks
I remember the first time I had Starbucks coffee I was on a United flight flying to Denver and thinking it was OK but not worth all of the hype the airline put on it about serving it on flights.

Stanley has made solid stuff forever so it's not like it sucks.

It just went from bottom tier Target stuff to elite tier overnight because they did the redesign and some celebrities began carrying them around. Much like oversized sunglasses, the bigger and more ridiculous, the more suburban moms will like them.

Kinda like Carhartt, the product didn't suck, but it becoming chic and expensive after decades of workmanlike-products is ridiculous

Bruh I'm no huge advocate of Starbucks but watered down airline coffee isn't going to be impressive no matter the bean

When Carhartt became trendy, prices rose and quality dropped.

Carhartt and Stanley marketing to suburban moms was not something that I could have predicted 10 years ago

but now my wife walks around with a Carhartt hat and a Stanley Cup

This. Add Patagonia as well. I remember back in the 80s when I was skiing a lot more, those brands used to be very technical (for the timeframe) and were not worn by travel ball moms in Crocs on their way to Wal Mart. They were worn by people serious about their clothing for actual outdoor activities that required more technical gear.

My main complaint about OCs is how clunky they look. I really dislike the soles. You be the judge.
