It's so limited now. Just about every news outlet has been exposed as motive driven, rather than just being good at reporting information.
It has always been such, back to the founding of the country and prior.

Those sights are far from accurate. They just fit your own beliefs, narratives, agendas... They are telling you what you want to hear even though it's pure lies. Just like 45 does.

I read WSJ. I don’t care about political or foreign news unless it’s a really big deal, so WSJ is good with me. I also get Bloomberg and Financial Times, but I don’t read them as much

This is where I get my news. I will read the AP as well, the WSJ is pretty much the most trustworthy source.

I've gotten to the point where any of it is fine if you view it through the correct filter. If it has an inflammatory headline, skip it. The second a news piece starts targeting your feelings or emotions skip it. News that is meant to frenzy or trigger is nothing more than propaganda.

And if you haven't figured out that the 24 hours news infotainment channels are complete bullshite by now. (CNN, Fox, MSNBC), that's on you.

From there you still need to apply an opposite level slant to the information to balance it out.

Real news is dry and boring. It's compressed and doesn't try to convince you what to believe. It sucks, but that's how it is.

Al Jazeera

Al Jazeera legitimately does good reporting. They're very obvious on their stance in the Israel conflict; however, stories outside of that seem really good.

I hope you’re fricking joking.

If not, you’re a fricking uninformed, indoctrinated idiot.

Where do you think they get it from?

I come to the OT or Poli Board to find out the latest and juiciest propaganda.

Fair and unbiased news doesn’t exist today, but you really think Breitbart and Newsmax are accurate sources of news? Get real.

I venture over to Breitbart/Newsmax/OAN to see what stories they're running that the mainstream media will not. Other than that, it's too extreme for me to take seriously. OAN is the conservative version of Huffington Post.

Unfortunately, I can no longer watch a newscast without skepticism. Maybe that's on me, but that's where I am.

I think most Americans can unite upon that sentiment now.

except that the Left own the major institutions (MSM and social media), so i’m not sure how the OT and the PB are parroting “propaganda”, but by all means, carry on.

Those little TVs on the gas pumps.

Turns out Americans are eating more cheese and it's never too early to winterize your car.
