Household of 5. Limited to $150 a week. We eat lots of stews. No out to eat. In all fairness I was laid off at the end of June so been pinching pennies.

Started thinking snarky shite until I got to the end. That sounds stressful as frick. Genuinely hope things turn around for you, man

Family of 5, every weekend we are $350+ at Costco alone. It's un-fricking-believable

Probably about $700/mo for a family of 3. Not sure about eating out - maybe $200-300 most months.

Yeah, that restaurant can go frick itself. Wouldn’t be buying anything from there

I noticed last week 12 packs of coke products have broken the $6 threshold. I believe DPZ was $6.28

Some things have gone up more than others.

Stew meat/roasts cost what ribeye's cost
Chicken thighs cost what breasts cost
Sausage is damn near steak prices
We stopped buying Bacon for the most part.
The 3lb bag of chicken tenders at Sams club is $20 now, it was $12 and that is one of the few things my special needs child will eat reliably.

Everything is up 20% or more, but ya know. The Republicrats gave us stimulus checks, PPP loans and Ukraine aid, so its worth it all.

I don't know how restaurant s are surviving. My three roll sushi meal at a little hole in the wall place used to $21 dollars. Now it's over $30. I try to support the good local places but it's harder to.

Why?

At least they're being honest.

*Disclaimer*

I live an hour north of Vegas and we're very isolated from most delivery routes.

2 of us now. Probably aboot $4-500 per month. We eat a lot of fresh fruit, veggies, and boneless skinless.

Every time Brandon does something especially stupid, we will go buy more canned goods, flour, peanut butter, crackers, etc. We will not be caught with nothing when he just donates us to the UN, by executive order.
