There is a three (3) letter acronym for a phrase used to encourage others to engage in self-harm that I'm sure is frowned upon.
I'm actually very fond of using it, but it's really a terrible and shameful thing to say to others. Now that I think about it, I really need to focus on being a more civilized human being.
