I don't think it's only Louisiana that doesn't like California. I live in Texas and always hear anti-California comments. I know most of middle America also doesn't like Cali. Probably New York and the East coast also?

It would be interesting to see if the rise in that kind of stuff went up as Game of Thrones became more and more popular. I have zero data to back up that theory but it seems like it might at the very least have happened at around the same time.
