It's a Louisiana thing where anytime something good happens or someone tries to be innovative, the general public's negativity takes over. It's been like that since Kip tried for a loop.

The federal government (DOJ) needs to shut down all grants for a while until they can they show they will indict and prosecute fraudsters.

Don't give it to Baton Rouge. What a waste of national funds to give that money to Baton Rouge... It'll do zero good. 100% guaranteed
