Depends on if he will sue or not. If he sues, you lose.

The fact that a squatter can have any rights is preposterous.

Next to nothing if you are BlackRock. They have the attorneys. Guys like us, pay out of pocket for legal representation and unlike Black Rock, you are a name and a face. So your reputation takes a hit for being an a-hole.
Anyway, the design is to force the homeowner to sell their property so that a conglomerate can snatch it up. Rinse/repeat

There is a mechanism in FL for expediting a squatter removal. But you have to jump through the statutory hoops to do it the right way.
Also there are people I’ve heard of who will go to the residence and tell the tenant face to face it’s in their best interest to leave in the next 3 days.

I've said, time and again - The most important elections are what's happening in your backyard. Anyone being ELECTED in your city, you need to do you homework. Everyone, is caught up in national politics, and rightfully so; However, the local shite has immediate and painful consequences.

Bought 2.5 acres off the interstate. Had an abandon house on it. Told to put it up for sale or post “No Trespassing” signs visibly though out the property to avoid squatters. Decided to put it up for sale at a crazy price. Never thought it would sell. Sold 2 years later. No squatters.

What state?
The consequences of forcibly evicting a squatter depend on the laws and procedures in the jurisdiction where the property is located. In some places, the owner of the property may be able to evict a squatter without going to court, but in other places, the owner may need to go to court to obtain an eviction order. If the owner of the property tries to forcibly evict a squatter without following the proper legal procedures, they may face criminal charges or civil liability.
It is important to note that if a person has been living in a property for a certain period of time (this period varies depending on the jurisdiction), they may be considered a tenant rather than a squatter, even if they have not signed a lease. In this case, the owner would need to follow the legal process for evicting a tenant, which may include giving the tenant notice and an opportunity to contest the eviction.
It is always best to consult with a lawyer or seek legal advice before taking any action to evict a squatter.

That is my thought. Put a hateful dog in the house regularly.

Sounds like a half a dozen felonies with a half dozen cohorts who will sell you out.
If you have an unoccupied property that you aren’t checking frequently you are at risk. They’ve established residence. You have to go through the proper eviction process. Paperwork etc. then police.
Go storming in there??
A. Might get all you can handle from a nest of crack or meth heads.
B. Will definitely be arrested for whipping a trespassers arse.
fricked up but true.

Depends on if you get caught. So sad that another squatter came in, beat their arse and then set their stuff on fire.
Oh well, them’s the breaks
