Got lots of swag back in my lawyer days. Cameras, gift certificates, firearms, gourmet foods, LSU tix.
Nowadays, it's mostly just tools to use on weekend projects around the house. Free uniforms, work truck to drive home, and decent pay/benefits. And enough Cat5e to wire a small city.

Truck paid for as well as all fuel, use of the company's partners card, more paid days off than I officially have, usually on the way home by 10am on Fridays

company car that they pay for gas on, work from home, they pay for my home internet, credit card, nike polos to go out on jobs in, cell phone, and breakfast once a week. as long as i'm home, i usually walk downstairs from my office @ 3:30 every day. i also get to keep all my own hotel and airline points. monthly bonuses on the company's GP.
my boss buys me random shite all the time. he has bought me boots for work, some $100 jeans from cavenders, a $200 skinning knife, and hunting and fishing trips
i also have no per diem and my boss outdrinks me every meal we go out to together despite my best efforts. only time i ever got in trouble for the company card was when i got to a hotel after 36 hours with no food and chili's, BWW, and a bikinis were in the adjoining parking lot. Chili's and BWW had a 30 minute wait. went with the trashy breastaurant out of hunger and got a call about it the next morning.

I get to keep the fractions of a penny that usual gets rounded off. Doesn't sound like much, but it sure adds up.

Free car wash concierge service. They also do oil changes for standard price upon request. Just about every type of bottled/canned drink available in break room. Also free fruit and snacks. The cafe downstairs is extremely subsidized (50%) by the company, can get a sandwich and side for $2, chef specials with sides are $5.
On-site gym is free with staff trainer and nutritionist, which is convenient considering the complementary food.
