Annual Bonus
2 weeks off for Christmas/New Year.
2 paid offsite meetings a year, one's to the mountains other is either Palm Beach, Miami, or Key West.
4 weeks PTO
Half day Friday's between the 4th of July and labor day.

Free vehicle, gas, meals during work hours, lots of clothes, hats, airline points, hotel points, casino stays, and having my bar tab picked up every now and then.

Buying shite for a living sometimes is nice.

I get A free phone... And 7 options a year t by what I want from the so-called company store... Shirts, jackets ,boots...etc........

To start 2018:
Bonus play cut
Year end bonus cut
1200.00 insurance deductible (was 200.00)
Snacks stopped
“Christmas” gift (given after 1st of year) cut from 600.00 to 25.00

But I get off early on Fridays

Two weeks off every month. With two weeks paid vacation.
Pretty much comes down to working 4.5 Months a year.
A good retirement coming at age 55.
Used to have vehicle allowance of $750 a month, a credit card and gas card. But times are tight in my industry and they took those things away two years ago.
