What are some dumb conspiracies that are believed in MAINSTREAM america

By mainstream, I mean anything over 1/3 of Americans believing. (so no sasquatch, no moon landing hoax, no chemtrails, etc since those are fringe less than 10%)
The one that really drives me nuts that I hear all the time here in california is
"We already have a cure for cancer but it is being suppressed because it threatens revenue"
On face value, this is absurd. The first person or company that finds a cure for cancer will make assloads upon assloads of money.
