Growing up, I always thought 40 was the most commonly accepted age to be the beginning of middle age. I know everyone’s answer will be different, so I was curious what y’all think.
I’m 35, so I wonder how far off I am.

You are correct. 35.0 if we want to be super accurate.

Middle age is 45 math would say 35-40 but for most 45 is when you begin to realize the clock is ticking

This. I’m 40+ but young in my career and thanks to the gym, in the best shape of my life. I have a toddler and have way more energy than her and I look better than I did when I was 30. Middle age for me 45-50. With medicine and exercise I’ll live to 90-100

I’m 57 and feeling kinda old. Not really physically, but socially and emotionally. It’s like everything that I thought was important in life has become not so important in the last decade.

How old would you be if you didn’t know the day you were born?
Posted on 3/21/24 at 7:49 pm to SaintlyTiger88

You are arrogant. Comparing your energy level to your toddler while beating on your chest
