Stupid. Winning by any means necessary should be the ultimate goal of every military personnel.

I have no problem with cheating...... If you manage to avoid getting caught and get away with it.
If you do get caught, then you should bear the risk that comes with cheating.
It's a game of risk and reward and there's winners and losers.
