You know Miskelley confessed numerous times?

Most of his confessions didn’t include Echols or Baldwin. He didn’t even really know those two very well.

Wrong.

But Byers behavior certainly made him look like a suspect. He has had tons of trouble with the law since.

The only thing I can say about the WM3 that cast some doubt, was the confession of Miskelly. There had to be some basis on which his confession was told.

no. false confessions are a very real thing.

According to The Innocence Project, the leading effort in the United States to exonerate falsely convicted felons, false confessions were present in 31 percent of DNA-exonerated cases and 63 percent of homicide DNA exonerations between 1989 and 2016.

I think it was a crime of opportunity. A serial killer from the interstate, not on anybody’s radar.

This case always intrigues me, i've watched paradise lost numerous time as well as the other stuff about them.

In part one you want to lean towards damien, jesse and jason.

Then part two and you want to say Mark Byers.....then 3 you lean towards hobbs.

And eyewitness testimony is the least accurate evidence in a trial.

Watch the documentary and see if you still think so. There are 3 Paradise Losts.

Interestingly, that was the first film Metallica ever approved use of their music for. They believed in the cause.

Yes , his sons blood DNA was most certainly found on the knife, along with his own. You can see the police report in the book. Check it out!

There is a lot of circumstantial evidence. Enough for me to believe Hobbs is at the center of what happened. His nephew said he overheard his father and Hobbs talking in their basement and admitted to it.

I don’t believe Echols or Baldwin were involved.

But I believe Miskelley had at least some knowledge about it and was coached into implicating Echols and Baldwin.

Terry Hobbs did it.

I knew Gary Gitchell a bit. Desperate times called for desperate measures. Those boys were railroaded.

Me and my buddies used to ride our motorcycles at Robin Hood Hills back in the early '70's. It was a pretty good place to moto-cross.

Ooooooo. Metallica, you say? That settles it. They're definitely not guilty- with upstanding citizens like Metallica, Natalie Maines. and Eddie Vedder on their side.

No it wasn’t. The blood was consistent with the step son. But it was also consistent with the step father.

The dna testing then wasn’t like it was today.

Miskelley also had a t-shirt with Steven Branch’s blood on it. But it was not allowed as evidence.

Oh, well, that certainly changes my mind. I now think that someone else must have done it. I mean, Metallica....

Now, if you tell me that Johnny Depp said they didn't do it, that'll really put a bow on things!
