I deal with IBS and chronic diverticular disease and found out not long ago how damaging this emulsifier is.
I was literally poisoning my system.
You’ll find it in all sorts of milky/creamy foods. Ice cream is a huge culprit….especially Blue Bell. Also, some nut milks and non-dairy creamers have it in them. Hell, found out today Starbucks egg white bites have it. SMH.

Seriously though, I feel like things like this come up because one person told them to 'keep the change', so now they ask everybody. If 10% say yes, then they have a decent tip at the end of the day.
