Yakster, Just recently, I had a guy say "Can I have a tip?, How bout a tip?" from the receiving window of a McDonald's. All he did was hand a bag to me after all the work was done.
I did not give him anything but a dirty look 'AFTER' I received my order.

Here’s the solution:
-We all stop giving our business to places with garbage customer service.
-Said businesses will have declining revenue and will have to let go of garbage customer service workers.
-With the retention of people who actually want to be there, average customer service improves across the board.
-Profit.

I agree. Always say I’m never going back to a Wendy’s because they all suck in this area. But the frosty keeps calling

I put my change in the tip cup at the the local mom/pop show con stand. Wendy’s hell no.
