He, the perp, is on video winding up like he's trying to take the guys head off and clearly sucker punches the guy who's not even aware he's getting ready to be hammered.
I hope they nail this a-hole to the wall in his cell and toss the key when it comes time for his day in court.

From what I am reading the charges will be upgraded to at least manslaughter since the 67 year old has died.
